The Legal and Legislative Committee discussed Draft Law  Patient rights and Safety, which was referred from the Health committee,  for review in terms of legal drafting and to examine its compatibility and compatibility with the relevant laws in force in the Sultanate of Oman. 

This discussion came as part of the Sixth meeting of the Committee for the first Annual Session (2023-2024) of the Tenth Term, chaired by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Ali al Saadi Head of the Committee and in the presence of their Excellencies members of the committee.
During the meeting, they also considered the draft proposal to amend the law of special bodies working in the field of Sports No. 81/2007 referred by the youth Committee of the Shura Council. 
In framework of completing its legislative Session in preparation for discussion and approval during the upcoming council sessions.
