The Omani Tender Board was formed in 1972 to manage the government procurement of all units of the administrative apparatus of the State, except for the purchases of the excluded parties in the tender law or in any other law. The law authorizes the entities subject to it to issue and award tenders worth no more than RO 330,000. Which are further raised and assigned by the Tender Board.
Type of Tenders:
1. Public tenders: be local or international.
2. Restricted Tender: It is limited to those who have the required conditions, after the call for pre-qualification to participate in the tender.
