Shura Council approves a number of articles of the Commercial Company Law

Shura Council approved a number of articles of the Commerical Company Law, referred by Council of Ministers. During the sitting, Memebers of the Council sat together and disscuss the draft Law of Commerical Complanies thoroughly, where the Economic Committee rapporteur delievered the committee’s report on the said draft law at which he presented the draft law proposal along with the comments of Legal and Economic Commitees as well as the porposed amendments justifications. Th sitting was presided by H.E. Sheikh Khalid Hilal Al Mawali, Chairman of the Council, where the Shura Members set forth their remarks, proposals and overviews concering the articles of the draft Law.
