  • 1977: Diploma of Islamic Studies, Al Azhar, Egypt
  • B.Sc. in Sociology
  • 1976-1979: 4 English Language Courses at British Council
  • 1978: 2 Courses in Typing and Correspondence
  • 1981-1982: 2 Training Courses in Accountancy, Vocational training Institute, Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour
  • 3-month training course in preparation and presentation of Radio programs, Egypt
  • 1982: Personnel Affairs Training Course, Institute of Public Administration
  • 1987: Administrative Development Training Course for Deputy Governors, Institute of Public Administration. Grade : Excellent

  • Lecturer on successful experience in implementing projects based on social partnership and Omani social values at various associations and sports clubs.
  • Head of information awareness campaign for 20 years on the importance of electoral rights of candidates and voters regarding  Majlis A’shura elections
  • Participation in local and external conferences in his capacity as a Governor.
  • Chaired many official and national committees and member of official committee in his official capacity.
  • Member of Committee drafting national report on sustainable development  prepared by the Sultanate for the UN.
