In the Framework of Strengthening Parliamentary Diplomacy Shura Council Chairman Receives the Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal to the Sultanate of Oman

His Excellency Khalid Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Shura Council, today (Monday) received at the Council headquarters His Excellency Ibrahima Seck, Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal appointed to the Sultanate of Oman.

During the meeting, His Excellency the Chairman welcomed the Ambassador and commended the close bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Senegal. The discussions also touched on a number of regional issues and means of addressing them through dialogue and peace. The two sides further exchanged views on areas of mutual cooperation and explored ways to enhance and develop them.
